Karen, the vibrant manager, amplified our experience with her multilingual prowess and proactive approach, making her one of the standout highlights of our nine-day vacation; her knowledge of the area enriched our exploration, especially during our delightful stroll to the charming town of Santa Maria. All of this, paired with the exceptional value for money, made our retreat an unforgettable blend of relaxation and adventure-something I would highly recommend to fellow nature and wildlife enthusiasts seeking a touch of the extraordinary.
